Each subclass exposes the value it locates by with a type of its own: the selector, expression, or text of a CssLocator, XPathLocator, or InnerTextLocator is its Value string; an AccessibilityLocator locates by its Name and Role; and a ContextLocator locates by its BrowsingContextId.
